Help Correct Poor Posture and Ease Muscle Tension with these Stretches and Exercises

It’s no surprise that most of us spend too much time sitting at a computer or spending time on a tablet or smart phone. Add that to the fact that most of us don’t move our bodies enough leaves many of us with shoulders that pull or round forward leading to a lot of tension in our neck and shoulders.
